Research and Evaluation Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the design and execution of research and evaluation projects, the full-time Research and Evaluation Analyst will prepare and analyze data, develop reports and visualizations, and collaborate with internal teams and clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of evaluation frameworks and research designs, including framing evaluation questions
• Prepare, clean, and manage datasets for analysis, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Generate insights from data and develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in social science, public policy, public health, data science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in research, evaluation, or data analysis
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS)
• Understanding of program evaluation concepts and ability to support the development of data collection tools
• Comfort working with complex datasets and a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
