Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research and Evaluation Associate responsible for quantitative data analysis of research projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, planning, implementation, and management of various studies
• Clean, transform, manage, and analyze data from diverse sources
• Lead the preparation of reports, manuscripts, and presentations for different audiences

Required Qualifications

• Master's-level or higher training in a health-related field with 1-3 years of post-graduate research experience
• Proven experience in developing and conducting surveys and analyzing data
• Strong track record in supporting grant proposals and manuscript preparation
• Proficiency with SPSS and R, with at least three years of analytical experience
• Experience working in a fully remote team environment preferred
