Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research and Evaluation Associate, responsible for quantitative data analysis and research project support.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, planning, implementation, and management of various research studies
• Clean, transform, manage, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Lead the preparation of reports, manuscripts, and presentations for diverse audiences

Required Qualifications

• Master's-level or higher training in a health-related field with 3-5 years of post-graduate research experience
• Proven experience in developing surveys and analyzing data for research purposes
• Strong track record in supporting grant proposals and manuscript preparation
• Proficiency with SPSS and R, with at least three years of analytical experience
• Experience working in a fully remote team environment
