Research and Evaluation Associate

Job Summary

To support research initiatives, the full-time Research and Evaluation Associate will conduct quantitative data analysis, collaborate with project teams, and contribute to grant and manuscript preparation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, planning, implementation, and management of various research studies
• Clean, transform, manage, and analyze data from diverse sources, performing statistical analyses as directed
• Lead the preparation of reports, manuscripts, and presentations for both scientific and lay audiences

Required qualifications

• Master's-level or higher training in a health-related field, preferably in a quantitative discipline
• 1-3 years of post-graduate work experience in research
• Proficiency with SPSS and R, with at least three years of experience conducting analyses
• Strong track record supporting grant proposals and clear writing skills, with preference for first authorship on a peer-reviewed article
• Experience working in a fully remote team environment
