Research and Evaluation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research and Evaluation Consultant to support specialized research initiatives in education.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Looker Studio based on program and evaluation needs
• Build and maintain Airtable bases and interfaces for real-time data tracking and reporting
• Clean and reshape data in Google Sheets using advanced formulas and logical structuring

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building dashboards in Looker Studio and Airtable
• Advanced Google Sheets skills, including array formulas and conditional logic
• Experience reshaping wide-to-long data formats and working with survey datasets
• Strong data cleaning and transformation skills, especially with survey or program datasets
• Understanding of education data, including survey data and implementation tracking
