Research and Evaluation Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting training programs remotely with in-person performance in Indiana, the part-time Research, Evaluation & Program Operations Specialist will conduct market research, coordinate interviews, administer program evaluations, and maintain records while preparing government deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis focusing on the Indiana recruiting market and employment trends
• Plan and document recruiter and junior-leader interviews to address leadership challenges and development needs
• Administer training assessments and prepare quarterly outcome reports with improvement recommendations

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in applied research, program evaluation, or project coordination
• Demonstrated ability to conduct qualitative interviews and analyze data
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and survey tools
• Ability to manage confidential and personally identifiable information appropriately
• Willingness to travel within Indiana for scheduled events as needed
