Research and Program Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Military Community Advocacy Directorate, the hybrid Research and Program Analyst will apply social science expertise to analyze and evaluate policies related to domestic and child abuse in the military, working independently with some guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and program evaluation activities to develop recommendations for program improvements
- Develop and contribute solutions to a variety of moderate scope and complexity problems
- Analyze policies and programs related to domestic abuse and child abuse within the military context
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of directly related experience
- Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating health promotion policies and programs
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience conducting literature reviews and synthesizing findings and recommendations
- Ability to obtain a security clearance is required
