Research and Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Research and Resolution Specialist II will manage critical inquiries and issues throughout the resolution lifecycle, develop processes, and lead projects to enhance client service delivery within the financial industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the resolution lifecycle for critical inquiries, including communication, root cause analysis, and documentation
• Participate in product releases and projects, anticipating client needs and addressing knowledge gaps
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend enhancements for strategic planning and policies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Seven years of experience in client relationship management, product implementation, or product management within the financial industry
• Project management experience preferred
