Research Assistant

Job Summary

To support ongoing infectious disease research, the part-time Research Assistant will conduct experiments, manage data entry, and assist with project coordination in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct research experiments and evaluate results, reporting findings to project staff
• Perform data entry and maintain organized data files related to research activities
• Coordinate research projects with other institutions and assist in developing research hypotheses

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratory operations
• Ability to work in a laboratory environment with potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards
• Experience in document research and laboratory processes
• No specific certification or professional license required
