Research Assistant

Job Summary

Collaborating remotely, two part-time Research Assistants will support the development of Community Resilience workshops, manage stakeholder engagement, and contribute to research and reporting efforts from July 1, 2026, to August 15, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Develop half-day Community Resilience workshops in collaboration with team members
• Design and implement a workshop survey instrument to assess equity in decision-making processes
• Engage with project stakeholders and contribute to manuscript and presentation development

Required qualifications

• Enrollment as a student at Antioch University
• Experience in community organizing and event planning related to resilience and nature-based solutions (NbS)
• Prior qualitative and quantitative research experience, including survey development and data analysis
• Strong organizational, project, and time management skills
• Reliable access to a personal computer or Antioch campus library computer services
