Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Assistant for the California Medicine Scholars Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection, cleaning, coding, and preparation for student and regional hub staff
• Help write, edit, and prepare reports, briefs, data tables, charts, and graphs using various tools
• Support the team with IRB amendments, literature reviews, and data management from multiple sources

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with the California higher education systems
• Proficient in APA style guidelines and formatting
• Self-starter, quick learner, and highly motivated
• Passionate about equity and making a positive impact
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SPSS and Microsoft Excel
