Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Assistant in Education Statistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Review draft NCES products for statistical soundness and consistency with NCES Statistical Standards
Conduct disclosure risk reviews and manage updates of the NCES Handbook of Survey Methods
Available during core working hours from 9 am to 5 pm EST

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in social science or related substantive areas
Basic understanding of applied statistics, including hypothesis testing
Previous experience reviewing and providing feedback on documents is a plus
Familiarity with NCES Statistical Standards and the IES Style Guide is a plus
