Research Assistant for Test Assembly

Job Summary

Working full-time with the option for remote flexibility, the Research Assistant for Test Assembly will support the assembly, layout, and quality control of English language proficiency tests, ensuring adherence to style guides and accessibility standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer and layout test content in Adobe InDesign, following templates and specifications
• Perform quality control reviews of test materials to verify accuracy and compliance with standards
• Maintain test item databases and assist in documentation of test assembly procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Education, Applied Linguistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least two years of experience in producing educational or assessment materials
• High proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with standardized educational assessments or operational test production
• Familiarity with accessibility standards for print and digital materials (e.g., Section 508, WCAG)
