Research Assistant II

Job Summary

Supporting innovative translational neuroscience research, the full-time Research Assistant II will engage in wet laboratory, animal research, and clinical trial operations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to advance cancer care.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and institutional policies for assigned studies
• Perform molecular biology procedures and manage tissue culture and sample processing
• Provide direct patient-facing support during clinical trial visits and assist with neuroimaging data collection

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Basic Science required; Master's Degree or Medical Degree preferred
• One year of scientific or experimental research work experience, or no experience required with a preferred degree
• Experience in wet laboratory research and familiarity with molecular biology techniques
• Comfortable working in a patient-facing environment
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adhere to Good Clinical Practice guidelines
