Research Assistant II, Pediatrics

Job Summary

The full-time Research Assistant II, Pediatrics will manage day-to-day activities of the CHAMPS integrated maternity care team initiative, support training programs, and coordinate project-related meetings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the CHAMPS program, including data collection and meeting organization
• Assist in developing training materials and conducting literature reviews for staff and community training
• Participate in CHEER meetings and maintain records, reports, and departmental policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in research or clinical program activities
• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with subject recruitment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of public health, particularly maternal child health, and program evaluation is helpful
