Research Assistant in Chemistry

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Assistant, Chemistry Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, set up, and execute high-throughput screening (HTS) experiments for reaction optimization and solid-form screening
• Operate and support robotic and automated laboratory platforms and liquid handlers
• Perform compound characterization using advanced analytical techniques such as XRPD, microscopy, UHPLC/HPLC, MS, and SFC

Required Qualifications

• Direct hands-on experience in automation-enabled chemistry and small molecule research
• Experience in high-throughput experimentation and analysis
• Familiarity with robotic platforms and automated laboratory systems
• Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques for compound characterization
• Relevant academic or post-academic background in chemistry or a related field
