Research Assistant - Neuroscience

Job Summary

Providing dedicated data analysis support, the part-time Research Assistant - Neuroscience will perform statistical analyses, process datasets, and contribute to publications and reports in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform statistical analyses on behavioral, electrophysiological, and imaging datasets under the direction of the Principal Investigator
• Process and clean raw data while maintaining organized and well-documented data files and analysis pipelines
• Develop figures, graphs, and visualizations of project results for manuscripts, presentations, and grants

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., neuroscience, biology, psychology, computer science, biomedical engineering, mathematics, or statistics)
• Prior research experience involving data analysis is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and coursework in statistics
