Job Summary
To support the Center for Health Equity, Education, and Research (CHEER), the full-time Research Assistant, Pediatrics will manage administrative tasks for programs and grants, assist with data collection and reporting, and interact with program participants and research staff in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee administrative aspects of CHEER's programs, including managing records and communications
- Assist in developing reports, presentations, and data analysis while providing feedback on data collection progress
- Schedule meetings with program participants and conduct reminder communications to ensure timely data collection
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the public health field or equivalent education and experience
- Experience with subject recruitment and understanding of ethical research conduct
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic data management tasks
- Bilingual or multilingual skills in Spanish preferred
