Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of computational and statistical methods for single-cell multi-omics analysis
• Develop a framework to detect low-quality cells and create scalable statistical methodologies for integrative analysis
• Curate and preprocess large-scale datasets, conduct benchmarking, and apply methods to investigate gene regulatory programs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a closely related quantitative field
• Demonstrated expertise in genomics and computational data analysis
• Experience in scientific programming
• Ability to develop and maintain software packages
• Experience with large-scale real-world datasets
