Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Design experiments to address research questions
• Collect and analyze data using sophisticated multivariate statistical methods
• Authorship of scholarly journal articles and preparation of datasets for research projects

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in-hand or ABD
• Academic and/or work experience in sociology of science, higher education studies, or a related discipline
• Record of peer-reviewed scholarly publications using quantitative research methods
• Experience with data collection and statistical techniques common to the sociology of science and higher education studies
• Knowledge of database queries and familiarity with SQL
