Key Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of clients' return on investment (ROI) and programmatic impact
• Collaborate with senior researchers to develop research protocols and assist in report drafting
• Analyze existing data and publicly available datasets to generate findings related to social care innovation

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with programming languages such as R, SQL, or SAS
• Experience in technical writing, research design, and statistical analysis protocol development
• Proficient in data management and analysis, particularly with descriptive and applied statistics
• Able to analyze data and present findings effectively, with experience in research conference presentations preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive information with poise and maintain a positive attitude
