Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Associate to support randomized evaluations and contribute to evidence-based policymaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design of new randomized evaluations through research and data analysis
• Assist with obtaining access to administrative data and writing evaluation design memos
• Contribute to the development and dissemination of research resources and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, public policy, statistics, or a related field
• Training in statistics and quantitative methods
• Demonstrated experience involving research, social policy, or data analysis
• Ability to explain concepts related to randomized evaluation and impact evaluation methodologies
• Experience working with communities of color and/or those experiencing poverty is a plus
