Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Associate to support program development and evidence base growth for HealthySteps.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide research and evaluation technical assistance to HealthySteps sites and support research strategy
• Collaborate on HealthySteps research projects, providing operational support and evaluation assistance
• Maintain and update the HealthySteps evidence catalogue and synthesize field-level evidence for programmatic decision-making

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 4 years of experience in evaluation and/or research of human services programs, preferably in pediatric or maternal-child health
• Proficiency in quantitative, qualitative, and community-engaged research methods
• Skilled in conducting literature searches and summarizing evidence related to pediatrics
• Master's degree in social sciences, health services research, public health, or a related field preferred; Bachelor's degree with related experience required
• Experience with project management platforms and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
