Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Associate to support randomized evaluations and contribute to evidence-informed policymaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of randomized evaluations through research and data analysis
• Assist with obtaining administrative data access and writing evaluation design memos
• Contribute to the development of research resources and training materials for new academics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics or a closely related field
• Training in statistics and quantitative methods
• Demonstrated experience equivalent to 2 years in research, social policy, or data analysis
• Familiarity with randomized evaluation methodologies
