Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Associate to support applied research and evaluation projects within the Human and Community Development program.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project teams in compiling and synthesizing information through literature reviews and policy scans
• Prepare and assist with primary source data collection and contribute to content development
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data and contribute to reporting and interpretation of findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in social sciences or related fields
• Experience conducting quantitative and/or qualitative data collection
• Experience using qualitative or quantitative data analysis software programs
