Key Responsibilities

• Research and document healthcare resources and benefit plans
• Provide accurate research findings to internal partners and respond to member requests
• Maintain documentation and track cases, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred in a related field
• At least one year of healthcare-related experience preferred
• Comfort using MS Word, Excel, and web-based research tools
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages) may be required based on assignment
