Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Associate, Employment & Economic Opportunity Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project teams in compiling and synthesizing information through literature reviews and policy scans
• Prepare and assist with primary source data collection and contribute to content development
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data and contribute to reporting findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience or a Master's Degree in Social Sciences
• Familiarity with higher education and workforce development systems or programs
• Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative data collection and analysis
• Demonstrated content knowledge in workforce development or related topics
• Prior work on federal or foundation funded research or evaluation projects
