Research Associate

Job Summary

Supporting research and project execution, the full-time remote Research Associate will conduct environmental scans, synthesize findings into actionable products, and contribute to the development of innovative methods and evaluation strategies within the Improvement Science Hub.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct research and synthesize findings into frameworks and implementation strategies for health care applications
• Support project management and contribute to IS Hub projects, including data collection and analysis
• Present research findings to diverse audiences and assist in developing internal and external communication materials

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in applied research, program evaluation, or health systems improvement
• Experience in collecting and summarizing qualitative and quantitative data
• Strong familiarity with measurement and evaluation approaches for quality improvement
• Proficiency with digital tools for research and project management
