Research Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and motivated, the full-time Research Associate will support healthcare navigation by conducting high-quality research and providing accurate information to members, nurses, and advocates in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and document healthcare resources, including primary care physicians and eldercare services, in compliance with policies
• Provide clear and specific research findings to internal partners and respond to member requests
• Maintain accurate documentation and track cases, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a related field preferred
• At least one year of healthcare-related experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and web-based research tools
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages) may be required based on assignment
