Research Associate

Job Summary

Supporting healthcare navigation, the full-time Research Associate will conduct high-quality research, organize information, and follow up with members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Research and document healthcare-related information, including providers and services, in compliance with policies
• Provide accurate research findings to internal partners and respond to member requests with clear resources
• Maintain documentation and track cases, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a related field preferred
• At least one year of healthcare-related experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and web-based research tools
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages) may be required based on assignment
