Research Associate

Job Summary

To drive the growth and execution of research initiatives, the full-time remote Research Associate will manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and identify new research opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute research projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs
• Identify and manage a pipeline of prospective research clients, conducting background research and developing outreach strategies
• Collaborate with various departments to create project proposals and ensure timely communication on project progress

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in research and project management
• Policy research and analysis experience across varied topics
• Experience in sales, prospecting, or business development preferred
• Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management platforms like Asana is a plus
