Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Associate to execute market research projects and deliver high-quality insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including questionnaire development, survey programming, quality control, data analysis, and client communication
• Maintain project KPIs and timelines, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards
• Handle increasingly complex projects, including direct client management throughout the field process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in project management, survey research, insights, or marketing is a plus
• Previous experience with survey software and data visualization/process software is a plus
• Previous experience with scripting languages like Javascript, R, or Python is a plus
• Flexible, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
