Research Associate I

Job Summary

Providing day-to-day coordination and management of project-related tasks, the full-time salaried Research Associate I will oversee components of observational and natural experiment studies while working under the supervision of the Project Director or Site Principal Investigator.

Key responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for specific project components, including management and coordination tasks
• Coordinate multi-site recruitment and ensure compliance and regulatory oversight
• Support operational work of teams and conduct project management activities under guidance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry
• Experience with data collection and analysis using standard software tools
• Five years of research and/or evaluation experience in an academic or community setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow established protocols and maintain accurate records
