Job Summary
Providing coordination and support for research studies and evaluation projects, the full-time salaried Research Associate I will engage in data collection and analysis while working remotely within the Research and Evaluation Team.
Key responsibilities
- Performs standardized research and evaluation activities, including developing project materials and coordinating data collection
- Conducts supervised data collection through surveys, interviews, and focus groups
- Contributes to analysis and reporting of quantitative and qualitative data under leadership supervision
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in a related field
- Experience with data collection and analysis using standard software tools
- Experience providing coordination support on research or evaluation projects in academic, community, or government settings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
