A company is looking for a Research Associate II to support engagement strategies and stakeholder collaboration in climate-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement engagement strategies that align with grant goals and meet stakeholder needs
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate participation and knowledge co-creation
• Manage communication tools to translate climate data into actionable insights and facilitate community workshops

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, physical science, public policy, communication, social science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of work experience in project coordination, communications, and event planning
• Experience in translating complex scientific information for non-specialists
• Familiarity with Miami's environmental challenges and experience with related projects
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and Microsoft Office Suite
