Research Associate, Medicaid Policy

Job Summary

Focused on Medicaid Policy and Programs, the full-time Research Associate will work remotely to assist project teams in synthesizing information, conducting data collection, and analyzing research findings to inform Medicaid policy design and program evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams by conducting literature reviews and policy scans
• Prepare and conduct primary source data collection through interviews, focus groups, and surveys
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data and contribute to reporting and interpretation of findings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in social sciences or related fields
• Direct experience with Medicaid policy and/or data is required
• Experience conducting quantitative and/or qualitative data collection
• Experience using or working on analyses with Python or R is highly desirable
