Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Associate for Organizational Research and Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute qualitative and quantitative research
Conduct literature reviews and assist in developing reports
Interact with project teams, work under tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients

Required Qualifications:

Advanced degree in social/behavioral science or related field
At least 2 years of research and/or consulting experience
Training in qualitative and quantitative research methods
Ability to work independently and on a team, managing multiple assignments
Experience presenting statistical analysis results to non-data backgrounds
