Job Summary
To support the design and evaluation of teacher-centered adaptive goal-setting tools for educational technology, the part-time Research Associate UX Designer will conduct UX research activities, including co-design sessions and teacher interviews, while working remotely for a term of 6 months with a commitment of 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage IRB documentation, including protocol drafts and consent forms
- Develop semi-structured interview protocols for teacher sessions exploring goal-setting practices
- Design low-fidelity prototypes for teacher feedback on adaptive goal policies and workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and experience in UX design, UX research, or HCI
- Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction preferred
- Experience with educational technology and co-design methods
- Proficiency in prototype development using tools such as Figma
