Research Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting research finance and administrative leadership, the full-time Research Business Analyst will develop, maintain, and analyze research metrics, dashboards, and operational reports while working remotely to ensure accurate data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare research metrics, dashboards, and recurring reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Analyze monthly research financial and operational reporting, identifying risks and trends, and communicating findings to leadership
• Conduct data analysis of research administration performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Public Health, Health Administration, or related field required
• 1+ years of relevant experience in research, finance, data analysis, or reporting
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
