Research Communications Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Research Communications Manager to lead a communications program for their User Experience Research & Insights team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive UXRI research communication strategy
• Develop executive-level deliverables that highlight critical customer insights for strategic decision-making
• Lead customer share-back communications to demonstrate how feedback influences product outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
• Ability to represent complex ideas with clear narratives and visualizations
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Experience with graphic design and presentation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
