Job Summary

Providing comprehensive support for the institution's research compliance program, the full-time Research Compliance Specialist will conduct compliance assessments, support audits, and develop training for faculty, staff, and students, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct compliance monitoring and audits of research protocols and documentation
• Design and implement training programs on human research protections and federal regulations
• Create educational resources and coordinate workshops to promote ethical research practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 years of relevant program experience
• Experience with human subjects research and IRB operations
• Familiarity with compliance auditing or monitoring practices
• Knowledge of federal regulations governing research and institutional policies
• Experience developing training programs or educational materials
