Job Summary
Supporting the administration of the institution's conflict of interest program related to research activities, the full-time Research Conflict of Interest Analyst will conduct reviews of disclosures, assist in the development and monitoring of management plans, and provide guidance to the research community, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Reviews and analyzes conflict of interest disclosures to identify and document potential conflicts in accordance with institutional policies
- Drafts and tracks conflict of interest management plans, coordinating with investigators and administrators for timely completion
- Provides administrative support to the COI Committee, including coordinating meetings and documenting committee actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, science, healthcare, or a related field
- One or more years of research work experience or experience addressing conflicts of interest in an academic medical center or related area
- Foundational understanding of research administration and compliance regulations related to conflict of interest
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and assess risks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn disclosure management software
