Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary research advisor for employer partners, designing customized research solutions
- Lead end-to-end research projects, including defining client needs and crafting presentations
- Transform data into actionable executive summaries and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in survey research, analytics, or consulting
- Proven experience in client-facing advisory roles
- Strong quantitative analysis and strategic storytelling skills
- Ability to design and execute custom research projects from start to finish
- Exceptional executive-level presence and credibility
