Job Summary

Empowering clients with expert guidance, the full-time Research Consultant will manage complex research projects, mentor junior team members, and train customers on the Agile Insights Platform in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through sophisticated online survey design to meet their research needs
• Deliver bespoke insights and approaches that delight clients while acting as a trusted partner
• Mentor junior team members and train new customers on software usage and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, social sciences, psychology, or a related field with a focus on market research
• 3+ years of experience in survey-based marketing research
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of study and questionnaire design
• Familiarity with quantitative methods such as A/B tests, Conjoint, and MaxDiff
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to thrive under pressure
