Job Summary

Independently leading customized research projects, the full-time remote Research Consultant will serve as a primary advisor to Fortune 1000 employer partners, diagnosing recruiting challenges and delivering actionable insights to enhance candidate experiences and recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary research advisor for 8-10 employer partners, designing customized research protocols to address their recruiting challenges
• Lead end-to-end research projects, including defining client needs, formulating research questions, and producing insightful deliverables
• Present research findings directly to senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance that influences client decisions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in survey research, analytics, or consulting, with a focus on client-facing roles
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear research designs, from question formulation to delivery
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and shaping their strategic thinking
• Strong command of both quantitative and qualitative analysis, with the ability to craft actionable narratives
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple concurrent client projects independently and effectively
