A company is looking for a Research Contracts Specialist to support research teams by managing contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various research contracts in collaboration with legal and system teams
• Coordinate the establishment of research study awards and perform coverage analysis for clinical studies
• Maintain compliance with regulations and develop best practices for contract management and negotiation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (Required)
• Understanding of local, state, federal, and institutional regulations related to research agreements
• Experience in creating and negotiating clinical research study budgets
• Ability to develop and report metrics related to research contracts
