Research Contracts Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting principal investigators and research teams, the full-time Research Contracts Specialist will draft, review, and negotiate various research-related contractual agreements while working remotely from Pennsylvania.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate research contracts, including clinical trial and data sharing agreements, in collaboration with legal and other teams
- Perform coverage analysis for clinical studies to ensure regulatory compliance and create clinical research study budgets
- Maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and provide risk assessments related to contractual language for decision-making
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (Required)
- Understanding of research regulatory environments and industry best practices
- Experience in contract management and negotiation processes
- Ability to develop and implement educational materials related to research contracts
