Job Summary
Supporting research operations and infrastructure, the part-time hourly Research Coordinator will facilitate listening sessions with young people, assist in coding and analysis, manage data pipelines, and maintain IRB documentation in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to discussion guides and study design, and support logistics for listening sessions and youth research assistant sessions
- Maintain IRB documentation, coordinate recruitment and scheduling across research cycles, and manage data pipeline organization
- Manage multiple tasks and projects, provide proactive status updates, and support external partner meetings
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in developmental psychology, human development, education, sociology, or a related field; master's or doctoral coursework is a plus
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in qualitative research or research operations
- IRB or human-subjects research experience, ideally with submission or continuing review support
- Comfort co-facilitating qualitative interviews and focus groups with youth, or a strong interest in developing this skill
- Hands-on experience with Qualtrics for building surveys and managing automated workflows
