Research Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the User Research team, the part-time contract Research Data Analyst will conduct in-depth analysis of player behavior metrics, develop dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights for game development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of player behavior metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate findings and progress against goals
• Collaborate with user research teams to integrate quantitative data with qualitative insights

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or UX research analytics
• Prior experience working with telemetry data and game analytics pipelines is strongly preferred
• Strong statistics and data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL, R, or Python
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Emphasis in psychology, human-computer interaction, or a related field is ideal
