Research Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a diverse portfolio of research projects, the full-time Research Data Analyst II will provide qualitative and quantitative analytic support to faculty scientists and clinical investigators, managing data, performing statistical analyses, and communicating findings, with the flexibility of a fully remote or hybrid work schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data cleaning, descriptive and inferential statistical analyses, and preparation of analytic results for research teams
• Collaborate with investigators to understand project goals, develop analytic approaches, and interpret findings
• Independently perform analyses following established policies, procedures, and best practices in research

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Three years of experience analyzing data, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in R/Posit statistical software preferred
• Demonstrated competency in essential functions of a Research Data Analyst I role
• Strong understanding of the research process and commitment to collaborative team science
